WHO WE ARE
We are a national network of unifiers working to contribute to the consolidation of peace and national unity. The Unifier’s Movement is a network of ordinary people, non-partisan, non-aligned citizens seeking to use digital technology tools to promote national cohesion and harmony across all regions of the country. It is being led by a Local Non-Governmental Organization, Institute for Governance Reform. Unifiers does not discriminate against any ethnic community, religion, sex, class or educational level of any individual, and notes that Sierra Leone’s national strength is in her diversity and national unity. Headed by religious leaders and civic groups, the network believes that promoting peace, tolerance and cohesion will lead to stability, and make Sierra Leone safer for investment and job creation.

This movement seeks to use Digital technology to bring together citizens by contributing little resources to support its work as an initiative being led and driven by Sierra Leoneans to promote peace and unity. The resources generated will be used to support activities of the movement such as Inter district football competition, awareness raising sessions, community / district engagement sessions etc. We work with individuals and several grassroots organizations across Sierra Leone.
